Connect an individual merchant PayPal account
Multi-merchant onboarding requires PayPal Partner Referrals and selected-partner Invoicing permissions (INVOICE_READ_WRITE and ACCESS_MERCHANT_INFORMATION). Those permissions and approval must come from PayPal. This build does not claim to have them.
